Welcome to the world of the tastiest snacks! 🍿

Chips, popcorn, prawn crackers, and snack mixes – we make it all in our factory in Lelystad. For our own brands: POM-BÄR, Chio, and Tyrells, but also for private labels of various supermarkets. Sweet, salty, a combination of both, and a multitude of other flavors – nothing is too crazy for us. This way, we create endless snacking moments for consumers. Chances are our products have found their way into your shopping cart too!

No day is the same

Our factory often leaves visitors in awe. We produce many different products at a high pace. Everywhere you look, you'll see moving lines and conveyor belts filled with delicious snacks. Experimenting is in our DNA. We constantly come up with new flavors, which means our production lines are always changing. For you as an operator, this means your workday will rarely be boring.

Your job

Whenever a product changes, the line needs to be cleaned and set up for the new item. As mentioned earlier, the pace is high, which sometimes results in line breakdowns. It's your job to troubleshoot these issues. Of course, you’re not on your own – you can always call in a maintenance technician if you can’t fix the problem yourself. We asked our operators what they enjoy about working at Intersnack. Their answers? The friendly, informal atmosphere on the shop floor, the freedom to troubleshoot line breakdowns independently, and the fact that we make products everyone knows. Your ingredients!

For this role, we’re looking for someone with solid experience as an operator or a VAPRO A certification. We love rolling up our sleeves together and helping each other out whenever we can. Having fun at work is essential to us, so we do our best to keep the atmosphere positive. We work hard but make sure there’s time to connect with each other, both on breaks and during the shift. Since we believe in building a strong team, you’ll be joining us directly and not through an agency.

*We work in a 3-shift system, giving you extra time to enjoy your weekends.

Morning shift: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00
Afternoon shift: Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00
Night shift: Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
